Programming for youth is a training course developed by LVAD – Life Voice Association for development under supervision of the Faculty of Computers and Information – Cairo University.
The Course will start at the beginning of July 2009
Deadline for registration 30 June 2009
Children learn in this training:
- How to write a program using an educational programming language for kids called KPL.
- They understand Variables, Loops and decisions, regular expressions
- Functions and introduction to Object oriented programming.
LVAD has trained more than 80 students with almost 100% of students and parents satisfaction
The training helps the students to gain problem solving and scientific thinking skills.
A special syllabus is developed for ethics and soft skills, where the child learns how to be a good example for others, how to work in a team, how to communicate with others etc..
Professional Instructors who took the needed training to deal with children are the teachers of our children.
The syllabus of the training is developed under supervision of the faculty of Computers and Information in Cairo University and the course has been established inside the faculty
